The access control system design for the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games represented a major logistical challenge. Indeed, xCruza developed a comprehensive solution for the various parks across the city. The system integrates control barriers and advanced identifiers using RFID technology. These components allow for the organization and tracking of thousands of people entering simultaneously.
First, the interconnected devices include smart wristbands that facilitate public movement. Furthermore, this technological network guarantees fluid management for both athletes and operational staff. In this way, we achieved precise control in high-density user environments.
The development was carried out in collaboration with Grupo MSA and with the support of Samsung. This technical synergy allowed for orderly access throughout the entire competition. Consequently, access control system design has established itself as a vital tool for security and user experience. xCruza delivers an efficient response that combines product engineering with rigorous production monitoring.
